About Us
Executech was founded in late 2006, incorporated in 2009 by two visionary entrepreneurs seeking to bring back the customer focus to the information technology industry. In this day and age, finding a technology consulting firm willing to adjust products and services is unheard of. The founders, struggling with customer complaints about products and services being pushed onto them, imagined a company where there were no limits to customer satisfaction. On this day, Executech was born. To this day, Executech's main focus remains the same, customer service by way of creating or acquiring the perfect service or product.
With over 50 years of Information Technology and Marketing experience, Executech continues to drive at the perfect customer relationship and cohesion with technology.

Mark Faulkner (co-founder) Chief Executive Officer & Chief Technology Officer Mark started his career in Information Technology about 15 years ago. Mark was able to work his way from the bottom level technical representative to strategic management and engineering positions in a very short time. Having held positions such as Technical Service Manager up to Chief Technology Officer, Mark has built a large list business changing initiatives and accolades. In addition to his daily executive leadership duties, Mark also serves as the companies Chief Development Officer overseeing all product and support software development. Along with a collection of industry topped certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Mark has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and is currently working on his Masters in Business Administration. |

Robin Niles Chief Marketing Officer With over 25 years experience in Sales and Marketing, Robin has continually been at the top of the Marketing field. Robin is charged with the companies successful drive toward Sales and Advertising, as well as the direction and focus of the sales force team. Along with serving as an AP instructor for Marketing student courses, Robin also has a Masters in Marketing. |

Stephanie Adams Director, Inside Sales Stephanie joined Executech in early 2009 as the companies Inside Sales Director, charged with maintaining existing customer satisfaction. Along with existing customers, Stephanie also serves as a mentor and trainer for the internal and external sales staff. With over 15 years in high volume sales experience, Stephanie is a pioneer in customer relationship management. Along with an extensive list of volume sales accolades, Stephanie has her Masters in Business Administration with a Marketing specialization. |

Phillip Lovell Manager, Technical Services Phillip joined Executech in late 2009 as a Sr. Service Engineer quickly moving into the Service Manager position. Phillip has nearly 20 years of Technology experience with customers big and small, specializing in support and engineering. |
